Old roots, young vines — A refreshed website and brand expression for one of Napa Valley’s youngest yet most pedigreed wines.
A wine made from the youngest grapes of Harlan Estate, The Mascot needed a refreshed website and brand expression—they had a logo, an affinity for simplicity, and a lot of room to explore their positioning in the world of Napa Valley wines.
I led the design direction and production as we refined their brand identity and delivered a design system that balanced a youthful spirit with a reverence to their pedigree. We stressed their heritage as part of a storied estate and maintained a sense of subtlety through restrained imagery and storytelling, carving a unique path for The Mascot among its family and peers.
